Background

In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, individuals have become increasingly conscious of their health and are taking extra measures to enhance it. One avenue for boosting well-being is through our dietary choices.

This personal brand, created by my friends and me, originated from our shared passion for crafting homemade kombucha—a fermented tea beverage known for its numerous health advantages. RamoeCha aspires not only to create exceptional kombucha brews but also to promote awareness of the simple steps people can take to enhance their health, beginning with the daily consumption of this beneficial probiotic drink.



Approach

RamoeCha is derived from the term "Ramoean," which traditionally refers to a potion in Indonesian, combined with "Cha" representing tea. 

The initial design approach maintained a contemporary and playful style. However, in the pursuit of establishing a culturally inspired brand identity, the logo was reimagined to incorporate the elements of traditional Javanese lettering.
